Ongoing Therapy - £65 per Session

 

50-minute sessions, usually weekly, at a regular time we agree together. ​We start with a free no-obligation 20-minute introductory Zoom call. This is simply a chance to see what it feels like to talk and to ask any questions about how I work. 

If we decide to continue, I’ll ask you to complete some basic details and review a Therapy Agreement, which can be completed online. I will also provide my Privacy Policy so you know how your information is handled.

You’re free to end therapy at any time. Where possible, I encourage us to plan an ending together so the work can be brought to a close safely.

Single Session Therapy - £75 for One Hour

This one-hour standalone focused session offers space to reflect on a particular situation, relational dynamic or experience that is currently occupying your thoughts. If you are unsure whether ongoing therapy would be helpful, this can also be a way to have one conversation and see how it feels.
