What to expect?
A brief outline of what you can expect when you first reach out, through to the very first session.

01
First Enquiry
I aim to respond to your enquiry within 24-hours. I offer sessions between 8am - 3pm, Monday - Friday. The first step is to find a weekly session time that we could work together, in principle. Please let me know of any preferences when you reach out.
02
Introductory Zoom Call
We schedule a 20-minute Zoom call (free of charge) to discuss what you hope to get from therapy and to see whether we may be a good fit to work together.
You'll receive an email confirmation for the time and date we agree, containing a link to the Zoom meeting.
After the call, you might like some time to think, or to meet with other therapists. Finding the right fit matters most.

03
Therapy Agreement
If we agree to start having sessions together, I will email my Therapy Agreement and Privacy Policy for you to review, containing information on confidentiality, payment, cancellations, the handling of your data and more. This can be signed digitally and I will return a signed copy to you via email. Sometimes I'm asked how many sessions will be needed, I always suggest we regularly review the work together as we go.
04
First Session
Once we have agreed terms and a start date, you'll receive an email confirmation for our first session, containing a link to the Zoom meeting. You'll also receive a separate email containing a secure link to make payment ahead of the session. There is no need to arrive "prepared" for the session, sometimes things emerge as we begin to talk. We'll move at a pace that feels manageable for you.
